DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Currently GreenCorGifts is only servicing orders within the United States.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If you wish to make a change in your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours after your order.

If we are already shipped your item there is nothing we can do about it. It's your responsibility to fill the address information correctly.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you want to cancel your order please email info@greencorgifts.com as soon as possible.

If we already shipped your gift we can't cancel your order and you will have to send the gift back to us.

You will need to pay for the shipping costs yourself and we will charge +/- 8 USD for the shipping costs we paid to ship the gift to you.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, WHAT DO I DO?

In the rare event you receive a wrong gift, please contact us immediately. We will send you the proper gift directly and we will pay for any shipping costs for you to sent the gift back to us.

MY ORDER IS STUCK IN CUSTOMS, WHAT DO I DO?

Sometimes the order will be stuck in customs. Please contact us if you don't see any changes in your tracking events.

Email us at info@greencorgifts.com and one of our Customer Service representatives will help you out.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Sometimes we will cancel an order because it has been flagged within our system. If this happens we will ask you to send a copy of your credit card so we can verify its legitimacy.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY?

1. At GreenCorGifts we know for a fact that you will be thrilled with your new Gift Set. In the rare event that you are unsatisfied, or if there were any shipping damages, you can get an unconditional no questions asked full refund within 14 days after receiving your item, we will cover the shipping costs if the problem is a result of GreenCorGifts. Just shoot us an email to info@greencorgifts.com and we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

2. Before returning your gift, please send us an email to let us know about your inquiry.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

GreenCorGifts takes pride in the products that we deliver to our customers, from the hand-picked pine engraved boxes, to the fine etched details in the whisky stones, all products are built with care.

Therefore GreenCorGifts grants a FULL 12 month guarantee on all products.

If an issue occurs during shipment or within the first 14 days after receiving your gift you are eligible for a full refund!

You will have to address the issue within the first 14 days after receiving your gift. 

Returns are only accepted for gifts purchased directly here at the GreenCorGifts online store. The gift should be returned in its original and undamaged packaging. We will cover the shipping costs if the problem as a result of us within a 14 day window.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we received your package at our warehouse we will inspect the item.

It must be unused and still in "new" condition so we can sell the item again.

If your return is approved we will refund your order right away, expect to see the refund within 3-5 business days.

If you refund the product without a valid reason (for example wrong delivery), we will charge +/- 8 USD shipping costs as a result.

I HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN I STILL CHANGE THIS AFTER MY ORDER?

Yes, we can change the address ONLY if the items have not shipped yet. You have 24 hours to contact our support team to change the address after ordering your item. If not, we can not do anything and we will not refund your money.
